It's a handy little product. I really enjoy the option to color code each one of the sticky notes whether it be the full note or just the title bar. I've incorporated it immediately into my routine. Thanks for the convenience!

Works great. I use 2 monitors. I make a new note and drag it over to my second monitor and the note always remain right there for me to see. If I need to use the second monitor, all I do is press the "Ctrl" "Alt" and "H" keys, and the monitor is free to use. Great product.

Hello,
Good but you could make it much better.

If a note is open,on the deskop, it is always on the top of every window that is open. When I click a browser I do NOT want the note to be on top of the the new open window. One cannot right click on the note to hide it or choose it to be underneth the open window,one must find and click on the icon OPEN and then HIDE ALL NOTES which is not what I want. I I want to right click on a note and next to DELETE note click HIDE note etc .
I could suggest much more improvments if you send me your phone number,and I will call you back.

I have not used any similar progam, like Post-it Notes, but this does as much as I need it to and it is free. I see some reviewers complain that the notes do not disappear when they open other windows. Type Ctrl+Alt+H and that is what happens. Ctrl+Alt+S brings them back. What do you want for free?

Really like the sticker lite sticky notes, they are a great help with reminders and are visible on your desktop so how can you fail to remember important dates and things to do etc...... Great!!

The sticky note has a nice appearance, but the menu is cumbersome. The fade is not enough as I can still see it when surfing the internet. I would like to see sticky notes have the same functionality as the Windows Vista sidebar notes, but with more entries for additional notes and the sticky notes appearance.

What I really wanted was a post-it note facility that would remind me about dates from my Hotmail calendar! I'm not sure if such a facility exists.

Excellent little note-taking application for taking calls while at work. Very right click menu driven, would be nice if some of the menu options where mapped to a left click handler, like for editing the titles of each note. Big plus for running in the tray, waiting for the Ctrl-N for quick usage.

I generally like the application and have only one complaint. I would like for the sticky notes to appear only on my desktop, so that when I open a program, they disappear. I want them there as a reminder for when I log into my computer, but I don't want to have to minimize them when I switch over to other things.

Not as good as Microsoft's sticky notes available for Windows 7. Don't like the fact these sticky notes always stays on top of any application you are running.
Apart from that this piece of software is useful to have as a free desktop utility.

What I don't like about these notes is that they stay ON TOP of whatever document is on your screen. I would prefer they just stick to desktop as my old ones did with XP.

It took me 5 min. to install and learn how to use Sticker Lite. I really recommend the product. My screen is already full with notes. I really enjoy it. A must for each real sticky notes user.

Note Paper

I frequently make notes on scrap paper regarding various settings and methods I need to recall on program configurations etc.
The "Sticky Notes" will tidy my desk and I will always know where to find them.
It only takes a few seconds to create and will be invaluable.

Ok but.

Either I don't know how to configure it correctly or one thing is missing, I can't get the notes to show only on the desktop, they appear as well when I open excel, word, etc etc which is disturbing.

I am a post-it or sticky freak.

I have recently switched to Windows Vista and my old sticky program didn't work. Thus, I began a search to find a new program. I have loaded Sticker Lite. Compared to my last program it works about the same. The only part that I haven't figured out yet is how to let other programs load over the top of the stickies that are on my desktop. If you have nay recommendations, please let me know at this same address.

I have downloaded many free software, in the past, and yours was one of the nicest acknowledgments I have ever received. I used PostIt 3.1 for many years on my Windows XP machines however I recently purchased myself and my husband laptops with Vista on it. To my disappointment I found that PostIt 3.1 was not compatible and quickly looked for another replacement. I tried other similar products but found your's to be a much superior product. If I were to purchase a copy, how many computers can I install the application onto as I currently own a desktop and two laptops and am thinking of purchasing our kids one of their own? Thanks you for providing a freeware application. I use sticky Notes as just a reminder of tasks I need to complete, once task is completed I trash the note.

Alarm with reminders

There should be some alarm system for which the reminder automatically pops-up at the set time so that one can initiate his/her work.

The rpogram seem to be good, but not what I was looking for, since it is always on top. And I was looking for something that would stick to desktop but not on top of all other programs.

Sticky notes is really helpful. I helps me to always keep in mind all my pending jobs but one problem that i am facing is that the note that i make is always displayed on top of other applications. This creates problem while working with other applications.

Convenient

The sticker lite free sticky notes are great and convenient. my only complaint is they show through the windows that you open up, specifically browser windows. Would personally prefer if they only showed up on the desktop.

I like it.

Initial Review

After one day: So far so good. It is helpful to have reminders of small or large events in front of me. I would prefer to be able to place current work on top rather than behind the sticky notes and there may be a way to do this. In any event I will continue to use and benefit from the program.

I needed this!

Sticker Lite is just what I needed. Its so easy to use and so not invasive. When I return to my work (after a week or so), I often forget where it was, I was. These sticky notes are there on my desktop! The software was free, and it does exactly what its supposed to do, what else could anyone ask for. Thank You creators of Sticky Lite!

My review

I noticed following things.
-- If we click on hyperlinks they are not opening in browser,but mouse cursor is changing to hand(My default Browser is firefox).
-- Is there any possibility if I press "c" directly copied text will be inserted into recent visited Note?
-- Unfortunately if I miss any note, can I recover it?

That's what I needed.

It's free and does it's job. I would appreciate the possibility for easy hiding it from screen - sometimes it's bit annoying appearing always on top. Also possibility to alert me would be nice (make it red or blinking when given date/time is reached). Maybe it would also make sense to import tasks from ms-office.
Basically I like it, helps me a lot in my every-day office life ;)

Wow I'm impressed.

I was looking for something that I could use instead of my post -it notes because I write slow and type fast and this is the PERFECT tool for me to use int he office. I am an executive admin and use this program day in and day out, even passed it along to epople I work with and they LOVE IT!
It is a must have if you are constantly taking notes.
Easy to hide easy to recall and create new notes just a click of the button!

Pretty good

It is a nice free version of the digital post it notes. I wish that the fonts or the layout of it worked a little more like the free google tools version of the post it for a to do list, but it definitely does the job of reminding me of all of the things I need to do at work rather than wasting paper on my desk all the time. And being able to change the fonts and colors helps me organize the priority of my to do list as well.
